Play Factore is a lifesaver on rainy days, the kids can run around and burn off energy while I relax with a cuppa, the facilities are always clean and the staff are friendly

We visited on a weekday and it was lovely and quiet, the kids had a great time playing and the food in the cafe was decent, but the price for adults is a bit steep

The kids had a fantastic time at Play Factore, the play frames and ball pits were a hit, and the seating area for adults was comfortable, but the parking could be better

It was okay, the play equipment was all in good condition but it got really crowded and noisy, the kids had fun but I wouldn't say it was the best value for money
