It was an okay experience, the kids enjoyed the play equipment but I thought the cafe could do with a bit more variety in terms of food options, also the parking was a bit of a nightmare, but the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We visited on a rainy Sunday and it was heaving, but the staff did a great job of keeping everything under control, the kids had a great time and the baby change facilities were clean and well-maintained, just a bit of a shame about the crowds.

We had a brilliant time at Malvern Splash Leisure Complex, the kids absolutely loved it and the staff were lovely and helpful, the playframe is huge and there's a separate area for toddlers which was great for my little one.

Malvern Splash is our go-to soft play, the kids love the big slides and the separate area for younger kids is really safe and secure, the food in the cafe is also really tasty and reasonably priced.

It was okay, the kids had fun but I thought it was a bit pricey for what you get, the play equipment was all in good condition though and the staff were friendly, maybe just not as much value for money as some other soft plays we've been to.

Took my two kids to Malvern Splash and they had a fantastic time, the soft play area is really well laid out and the cafe serves a lovely cup of coffee, only downside was the queue for the toilets was a bit long at times.
